Company Introduces New CEO

In February of 2020 the company's new CEO, Jason Tucker, acquired the company from its previous management. As a condition of the change of control, former management returned their common and preferred shares back to the company treasury. The company also managed to negotiate the return of shares issued to a consultant, as there was no record of those services having been rendered.

With the change of control comes a new company direction. LEAS will be focused on leveraging technology assets with an initial focus on the Fintech industry and the Internet of Things (IOT). The "Internet of Things", simply put, are devices and objects that also have an online connection such as personal voice assistants, smart home systems, video doorbells etc.

The company will perform in-house development as well as licensing third party technologies. Products developed by the company and or in conjunction with partners will also be able to lease parts of the code to clients for their own product applications in a white label format.

Finally, the company is working out terms with an established tech industry veteran also experienced with public companies to join its board of directors.

400 Patients Expected to be Enrolled in CPRIT-Backed Artificial Intelligence Development Study in Breast Cancer

(TSXV:PINK) today announced the installation of their OTISTM device at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MD Anderson), to further develop ImgAssist AI technology marking an important milestone in this collaboration and Perimeter's ATLAS AI Project.

Initiated in mid-July, the ATLAS AI Project allows Perimeter to collaborate with industry-leading cancer care centers that will use OTIS™ – its proprietary ultra-high resolution imaging platform – to collect images of breast tumors from approximately 400 patients for the purpose of training and testing Perimeter's ImgAssist AI technology. This technology, which is currently under development, is designed to utilize a machine learning model to help surgeons identify, in real-time, if cancer is still present when performing breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy). This study was made possible, in part, by a $7.4 million grant awarded by the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), a leading state body funding cancer research.

Beyond Commerce Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire E.G. Insight

LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / July 27, 2020 / Beyond Commerce, Inc. (OTC PINK:BYOC) (the "Company" or "Beyond Commerce"), a provider of B2B internet marketing analytics, technologies and services, is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") to acquire all of the equity of E.G. Insight, Inc., a St. Paul, Minnesota based customer and provider of employee data analytics.

The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to add approximately $1 million in annual revenue. It is anticipated to close by early August and, pursuant to the Agreement, Beyond Commerce would assume approximately $140,000.00 of debt, entering into an employment agreement with Eric Engwall, the former owner of E.G. Insight, Inc.
