Before it is Geburt, founder Wen Chi Ko’s family runs a hand bag and luggage manufacture factory making other brands’ products. The factory ran from mid 70s to late 80s. After the factory, Wen’s family switch focus to retailing bags. The retail side business is still ongoing. That makes it for over 40 years.
“I grew up in our family factory seeing how bags are designed, assembled together. I felt all kinds of material and saw all kinds of patterns. And most importantly, I see what is popular and what features people really like! The market sense of handbag has become my second nature.” explains Geburt founder Wen Chi Ko.
Geburt is founded in 2017 by Wen Chi Ko.
