The idea for creating the Branded Social Networks service came about after the valuation of Facebook in 2012. FIOFRO identified the massive business valuations being created for a handful of global social media giants, whilst the people responsible for making these social media giants so big (The service users and group owners) got nothing in return, not even a thank you.

It was at this point that FIOFRO thought about creating fully branded social networks for people who wanted to become their own social media outlet and grow their own business. A way for the people who promoted social networking, who grew these giants and who have grown their groups to directly benefit from their hard work and marketing efforts.

The Branded Social Networks service was in development for 4 years and has now been fully beta tested and released into the market with a number of select clients.

FIOFRO almost wasn’t able to bring the Branded Social Networks service to see the light of day, when they discovered that not all great minds in a team think alike and had to come together, regroup and fully agree that the right solution must to be both commercially beneficial to the client whilst remaining engaging and exciting for the user. FIOFRO has done something different compared to other businesses in the marketplace, by delivering a fully branded Social Network where the customer actually owns all of their user / member data, owns their branding, owns all revenue streams and owns their market, making the client their own social media giant that is focused on their users specific needs and interests. Where Branded Social Network customers grow and build their own social communities and not someone else’s.

The Branded Social Networks service has been released as part of FIOFRO;s greater plans to provide dedicated, branded services that put those who have helped build these social media giants back in control of the assets and valuations they have built, whilst delivering focused, targeted communities that really relate to their users shared interests.
