New Ownership, New Name Announced for WPS Parking Solutions’ Parent Company

Glendale, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 27, 2015 / WPS Parking Solutions, a pioneer of intelligent barcode technology for parking solutions in North and South America, is pleased to announce its new ownership entity. Effective immediately, the company formerly known as IMTECH Traffic and Infra will move forward into the future of parking and technology under the name of Dynniq, with its home base located in the Netherlands.

Founded in 1985 as the first company to incorporate intelligent barcode technology with parking control systems, WPS Parking Solutions benefits from the new parent company’s robust portfolio of experienced and proven technology interests throughout the world.
