H2 Real Estate Begins Construction on the Second and Third Phases at the Gladstone Townhomes in Crestline Park
The sixty townhome project now under construction in Birmingham’s Crestline Park has completed the first phase.

H2 Real Estate’s construction is well underway at the Gladstone Townhomes in the Crestline Park neighborhood. The 60 townhome project has seen sales of six of the seven completed townhomes in Phase 1, and construction has begun on the second and third buildings on the site. One unit in Phase 1 is currently being used as a model unit.
The townhomes feature 2BR/2.5BA and 3BR/3BA floor plans and have sold in the low-to-mid $200,000s. Designed by Nequette Architecture and Design, buyers are able to customize their interior finishes, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures to create their own unique space.
Currently, four units are under contract in Building 2 and one unit is reserved in Building 3. Building 2 is slated for completion in June 2016.
