Debe Bloom Appears on Business Innovators Radio to Discuss the Guidance that a Confidence Coach can Offer

March 28, 2016 – – Debe Bloom, certified confidence coach and entrepreneur, was interviewed on Business Innovators Radio to talk about the benefits of having a confidence coach.
Entrepreneur and confidence coach of 15 years, Debe Bloom appeared on Business Innovators Radio recently for an interview about the value a coach can have in someone’s life especially in business.

She separates herself from the field of life coach by building a coach/client relationship that focuses on bringing out one’s confidence. As she explains it, “Confidence coaching is helping that inner voice get cultivated and bring out to wherever the issue needs to be brought out to.”

Within it, Debe Bloom reveals that one problem people have is understanding the real reason for their problem. She has found that most of the time “the problem is wrapped in fear.” To help her and her client understand the issue at hand she states that, “We really have to have conversations and drill down to find out what is holding them back. What is the fear basis?”

She further provides examples of working with entrepreneurs. Such as encouraging them to create lists regarding the product or service that they provide to help them understand the value that they bring to their customers/clients.

Bloom explains that, “[A list] solidifies that link, if you will, of what you have to offer to what you want to present to the other person. And when you have the mindset of it’s not about you personally, it’s about your product or your service doing good for somebody else. And when you come from that place, the mindset, people are going to see that. They’re not going to see that you’re coming in trying to build your own pocketbook, rather that, you’re coming in and trying to help them.”

She also provides an example of working with a particular client, and how they were able to work together to achieve the goal the client put forth by overcoming the various obstacles that were presenting themselves.

Since 2001 she has been working with individuals to recognize and bring forth their self confidence. Based on her association with Nerium International, Debe utilizes her coaching abilities to work with individuals involved in multi-level marketing and direct sales.
