Partnership Will Include Collaborations In Association With Various Events, Including Puff Daddy’s Upcoming Bad Boy Tour

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 19, 2016 / PayMeOn, Inc (OTC: PAYM) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, PayMeOn Brands, a diversified developer, marketer, and manager of lifestyle brands and products, entered into an exclusive merchandising agreement with Invisible Bully Holdings. A Brooklyn based brand, Invisible Bully, helps to manage the legacy of Notorious B.I.G., and is owned and operated by Damion “D-Roc” Butler, a notable music industry executive and former manager to rapper Notorious B.I.G. Invisible Bully also works with Bad Boy Entertainment and holds licenses for multiple globally known trademarks, including but not limited to, “Bad Boy Reunion Tour Merchandise,” “Revolt TV,” and “Ciroc,” As part of the agreement, Invisible Bully and PayMeOn Brands will design and sell all new Bad Boy Entertainment and related merchandise for Puff Daddy’s upcoming tour with Live Nation.

Escobar and Rodriguez, both known for their highly acclaimed work with global brands including Samsung, Barney’s New York, COOGI, Daymond John, KITH, Tupac Shakur, Rag & Bone and Sean John, will lead the Invisible Bully merchandise partnership. PayMeOn Brands will design, source, and handle all sales logistics – including web-based and in-concert sales, and manufacture all tour merchandise to be made in the U.S.A.
