Since opening at $0.28 on Thursday, the stock has increased to highs on Friday of $3.94 representing move up in price by as much as 1,307% in two days and on well above average trading volume. Globus Maritime Limited (NASDAQ: GLBS) has seen an increase in both price and volume on Friday. Since closing at $0.43 on Thursday (4/28) shares of GLBS have climbed by as much as 320%. Compared to its previous daily volume, trading activity is up significantly. This morning the company announced that the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F that contains the Company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2015 was filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
