Just 3 percent said “very easy,” while 29 percent said “somewhat easy.” Almost half, 49 percent, said “somewhat difficult,” 16 percent stated “very difficult,” and another 3 percent said, “I don’t know.”

More participants said “very difficult” or “somewhat difficult” (65 percent) in this survey than in any of the four hiring trends surveys carried out by Express in 2015. The increase in reported problems refers to the reduction in the unemployment rate.
