Temecula California is located just 30 miles north of San Diego, in Riverside County’s Inland Empire, and has approximately 100,000 residents. In addition to its thriving winery industry, Temecula has also seen rapid growth among new beer microbreweries as well.

“I saw one house go up for sale, almost immediately it was marked sold, then back for sale and sold again – with multiple offers – in the span on one week,” says Teri Relvis, a Real Estate agent in Temecula. “You have to the agents throughout the day for the houses you want to show your clients, because a lot of them are sold before you get there!” Relvis said.
