Recently Launched Blog Fusion Creates Buzz In Web Marketing Review Circles, As Premium Bonus Package Released by eMarketingChamps. Facebook Redesigns Pages For Desktop.
June 18, 2016 /MarketersMedia/ —
The recently launched Blog Fusion Review is creating buzz in web marketing review circles due to its claim of being an ‘all-in-one’ plugin that allows bloggers to curate and post popular content online. The launch of Blog Fusion is well-timed to capitalize the findings of a new report showing that Facebook has re-designed their pages for desktop users.
Hanif Quentino, founder of eMarketing Champs, has released a complete review and premium bonus for the Blog Fusion plugin, which can be viewed on his site:

Hanif considers himself as a legitimate BlogFusion review critic, mainly because of his extensive experience with blogging and user engagement methods. Hanif recommends that Blog Fusion members also invest in creating a Facebook fan page for their blog since Facebook recently redesigned their entire layout for desktop users.
Last fall, Facebook made huge changes on how they present Pages on mobile. Now, the social media giant experiments with a new design for desktop. Interestingly, early screenshots of the redesign doesn’t include any right-rail ads. The new design seems to adopt the changes made to mobile Pages. The buttons are now a lot more prominent, placed at the top of the page and takes users to either the brand’s app or shop.
While there are now official images from Facebook, a spokesperson of the company confirmed the experiment. According to him, the objective of the redesign is to enable users to have an easier time navigating, learning about and interacting with businesses on Facebook. Among the other changes, the most obvious is the larger cover photo. The call to action button is also made to stand out more on the page. The cover photo is now full-width. No profile photo overlays it, meaning no part of the cover photo gets obscured. But the most interesting change is the absence of the right-rail ads, which had been on desktop Pages for a very long time.
However, this doesn’t mean that Facebook will officially remove the ads. It seems that the right-rail ads are temporarily omitted to test the different design elements of the new desktop Pages. The about boxes and like count now take the place of the right-rail ads. On the other side, the page navigation menu can be found on the left rail. It’s possible that even if the right-rail ads were to be removed from Pages, they could be kept on the homepage as well as on user’s profile pages. Also, these ads may not be as important as some people think. The user base of Facebook is mobile-heavy. The desktop ad revenue of Facebook only accounts for 18% of the company’s total ad revenue. In addition, the right-rail ads have a lower CPM compared to those found in the news feed.
