The theme around this year’s 13th Annual WBEC-West Strategic Procurement Opportunity Conference and Awards Gala emphasizes the fact that, The future is built on relationships.

The conference catering to certified WBEs will run from Wednesday, September 07, 2016 to Friday, September 09, 2016 and will be held at the luxurious M Resort located at 12300 S Las Vegas Blvd. in Henderson, Nevada 89044.
