Rocky McElhaney of the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm has begun breaking ground on plans to build a new $3.2 million headquarters on Indian Lake Boulevard in Hendersonville, adjacent to The Streets of Indian Lake Shopping Center. McElhaney expects to employ at least thirty people more to accommodate that expansion.

The current space for the firm was recently purchased for $3 million by First Citizens Bank, which plans on relocating its Nashville headquarters. In July, First Citizens purchased the adjoining land from a group of local investors.
Growing by leaps and bounds
In the past year, the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm added three new attorneys to the firm, taking the first step in what will prove to be an impressive expansion of the firm’s services.
The 12,500 sq. foot custom, state-of-the-art space will compliment McElhaney’s three other offices in Knoxville, Nashville’s Historic Germantown, and Gallatin. McElhaney expects to employ at least thirty more people in the expansion of the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm, as well as in the development of the McElhaney Family Firm, specializing in domestic matters, and McElhaney’s newest venture as a licensed NFL agent, the Rocky McElhaney Sports Agency.
