Lil Green Taxi Launches Service For Cave Junction In Oregon

September 29, 2016 – – Lil Green Taxi is a new taxi service located in the Illinois Valley at Cave Junction, OR. This geographical area has never before had a taxi service, much to the chagrin of the local communities. The company will now take people on rides to the coast or on shopping trips, movies, outlying areas. parks, cities, and more. While only having just started, it is proving to be popular already. Shirley from Little Green Taxi says: “We are so happy to have started a taxi service for Cave Junction. We provide store runs, errands, trips to Crescent City on the coast or Grants Pass, and more. Simply give us a call and we will pick you up and bring you to wherever you need to go.”

The taxi service company says that they offer reasonable rates. They charge just $1 for every mile and $1 for every stop. A minimum price of $5 is charged. The company does appreciate getting some tips as well. They offer a door to door service and drive only nice, new, and safe vehicles, with licensed and insured drivers. Open between 11am and 7pm seven days a week, the company is attracting a lot of positive attention.

Cave Junction OR. or “CJ” as the locals call it is a small town, having a population of just 1,883 at the last census. However, it is also a unique town, being the gateway to the Oregon Caves, and being located exactly on the junction between the Caves Highway and the Redwood Highway, which is what gives the town its name. Albeit small, it is also home to a strong community and the fact that no taxi service was previously available has really been an inconvenience for many.

Shirley adds: “It is unthinkable in the modern world that there is no taxi service somewhere, but that was exactly what was happening in Cave Junction. We’re really happy to have brought some needed change while making a contribution and improving life in this beautiful little community.”
