The Ultimate Learning Center, a Resource Where Kids will Get the Academic Support they Need, is Officially Announced

The Learning Center will Cover Literacy, Art, Math, Health and Fitness and Social Etiquette

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 3, 2016 / Hans Laurenceau, founder and creator of Level Up Math, is pleased to announce the launch of the Ultimate Learning Center.

As Laurenceau noted, growing up in an environment where kids witness violence, vandalism, and a lack of supervision increases the likelihood of dropping out of school and engaging in delinquent behaviors.

Laurenceau has first-hand experience with these troubling issues. He started life off in a rough neighborhood within Brooklyn, NY. He and his siblings had to move a few times after their parents split, but eventually ended up in upstate New York.

It was here, he noted, that his talent with math was recognized, which encouraged him to pursue a path which would lead him to his current passion for math and teaching. At age 20 Laurenceau entered a graduate program at Mercy College, where he was able to complete his Master’s in Education while teaching middle school math.

Despite his rough beginnings, Laurenceau found encouragement and opportunities which led to success in life and a calling to help students with a similar start. Now, he wants to do the same for others.

Through Level Up Math’s Ultimate Learning Center, Hans and other team members aim to give kids the same encouragement and opportunities for success.

The learning center will cover literacy, art, mathematics, health and fitness, and social etiquette. Level Up Math will provide kids with the supplemental tools for success both in academia and in life. The goal is to keep students engaged and practicing what they learn in school and establish connections between educators, students, and the students’ parents.

In order to help pay for the costs associated with creating and launching the Ultimate Learning Center, Laurenceau recently launched a fundraiser on Kickstarter. He hopes to raise $35,000 through crowdfunding in order to help as many kids as possible.
