Techceuticals to hold a Manufacturing Process Training Class in Cleveland

This 2.5 day course combines classroom lecture and hands-on equipment sessions to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

November 16, 2016- The Techceuticals Training and Development Solid Dose Lab in Cleveland, Ohio will be conducting a Manufacturing Process Training Class from December 7th-December 9th, 2016. The two and a half day training class will focus on providing practical knowledge related to solid dose manufacturing that features the guest speaker Mrs. Lauren G. Petraglia.

Mrs. Petraglia has been involved with low pressure extrusion and spheronization since joining LCI Corporation in 2011. Her responsibilities include evaluation of potential applications, providing technical training presentations, scale-up from laboratory to production, system commissioning, and technical support. Prior to LCI she worked for PTI, Inc. delivering specialized technical and sales training to pharmaceutical salesman across the country. Mrs. Petraglia holds a B.S. in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University.

This course is designed to provide powerful tools that the participant can put to work immediately. If the client is involved in the tablet or capsule manufacturing environment this course is designed just for that person.

The course will be conducted by industry professionals and will be a pertinent learning experience for anyone involved in the solid dose manufacturing business. The basic focus of the two and a half day learning process will be gaining practical and usable skills in the Techceuticals Lab. Skills that will be taught during the course include weighing, milling, granulating, blending, tableting, tablet coating, and encapsulation. The experts will also discuss tablet and capsule effects in detail and explain the small but major details involving the solid does manufacturing business.

The individual fee for the training class is $1,995. Training fee varies for participants attending in pairs and groups of five. Breakfast, lunch and beverages are covered in the training fee. The training will be a comprehensive learning experience for anyone associated with tablet and capsule manufacturing. Participants will also be allowed to engage in a question and answer session with the experts that will help them remove ambiguities about the solid dose manufacturing process and business.
