Tiny Home Storage Solutions Created From Customer Persistence
December 08, 2016 – – An announcement by Miracle Shelves™ has revealed their new focus – the sliding shelf product line. As the company’s co-founder RJ Shaw explains, it all came about because of an overly persistent customer.
According to Shaw, their very first order was from people who owned a Tiny Home. Since the Miracle Shelves team came from a regular home/kitchen renovation world, they weren’t at all familiar with the now popular small home industry. That customer reached out, with very specific questions regarding the product – they didn’t know the company hadn’t launched at the time.
Actually, the brand won’t launch until early 2017.
The first few weeks were the most interesting for Mr. Shaw. The website went live in November, and for a while they had a few emails and orders which went unchecked, because they simply didn’t see them coming. They had seen tiny homes – both on television and in person – but hadn’t made the connection. Now that they know the product is being stalled in so many small homes across the states, they’ll definitely take those people’s needs into account when releasing new products.
Miracle Shelves provides home owners and manufacturers of small homes with multiple features that can make their life easier. Primarily, its designs allow tiny homeowners to retrofit their storage space using sliding shelves, each made of high-grade baltic birch wood, coupled with a steel rail that supports up to 100lbs. With these, a tiny home owner can access their storage space, rotate goods, and just organize their stuff in a convenient way.
These changes in these tiny home storage solutions were a result of a need to answer a call for simple DIY storage concepts in tiny homes. A full list of changes to the brand’s design principles can be found at the company’s Facebook Page, and more info on RJ Shaw and his pull out shelf experience on LinkedIn.
