Salinas was arrested for sexually abusing girls. He allegedly touched their buttocks and vaginal areas. He was formally charged with multiple counts of lewd acts with minors and molesting minors on January 22, 2016. Salinas was convicted on the charges on May 24, 2016. He received 270 days of jail time with 5 years of formal probation and has to register as a sex offender.
