The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute (PTW) proudly presents the return of the “Broad Street ReRun”, scheduled rain or shine for Saturday, May 20th, 2017 at 8:30 am. This 5 mile (almost) flat course runs from the Pavilion on South Broad Street to Morris Road and back. Over 50 volunteers will be on hand to assist in serving up free food, entertainment, music, and prepare the largest give-away goodie bags of any local run. Previous year Broad Street ReRuns were enjoyed by over 500 runners who hurried down this fast and flat south Broad Street course in record time. Winning categories include Futures, iGeneration, Generation X, early and late Baby Boomers, and others.

In the past several years this race has been enjoyed by runners who are looking to work out their ache’s following Philadelphia’s Broad Street run or new runners who are looking for a less intimidating course to begin on.

The Physical Therapy & Wellness Institute expects this event to be one of the biggest events in Lansdale this year and has a goal of having close to 500 registered runners. It is a steep goal that PTW hopes to achieve. As Race Director Lindsey Earnest put it , “In the past years we have had tremendous support from the community with this event and we hope to continue the momentum we have gained through the previous five times that this race has been run.”
