While On Television, Mr. Jason Ruedy Reiterates ‘Just Say No to Private Mortgage Insurance’

For the duration of the television segment, Ms. Rush and Mr. Ruedy talked about other valid reasons to refinance a mortgage into a new one with a low, fixed interest rate. One reason for the urgency to refinance sooner rather than later included the United States Federal Reserve’s inclination to raise interest rates two more times in 2017. Additionally, Ms. Rush and Mr. Rudy examined the idea that refinancing into a lower, fixed interest rate mortgage can potentially save homeowners more than $1,000 per month.
