The Boznos Law Office announced today that attorney Bill Boznos will be participating in a panel discussion and open question and answer session for attorneys on the topic of the “employment law minefield” at the DuPage County Bar Association. Attendees are eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. The panel will take place on May 5, 2017.
“Employment law can look like a minefield, but it need not be,” said Boznos. “For sure, there are many challenges and complexities to understand. However, with the right guidance, an employer can shield himself or herself from many of the most potentially damaging scenarios.”
Attorneys can submit questions for the panel in advance. The discussion will take place at the DuPage County Bar Center. This will be the fourth time William P. Boznos has presented matters of importance to members of the DuPage County Bar Association. He recently participated in a similar labor and employment law panel discussion at the DuPage County Bar Association’s Mega-Meeting.
Attorney Boznos has been helping companies with employment law matters for more than 30 years, as detailed on Google. He has served as in-house counsel for several Fortune 500 companies and spent many years as VP of Human Resources for several large companies, including Harrah’s Joliet Casino. He practiced law for 14 years with a law firm in Park Ridge and most recently has begun Boznos Law, PC located in Naperville. Boznos is considered a seasoned-focusing on three broad legal areas: business law (including planning for business succession), employment law, and estate planning.
