Hawaii’s Fitness Community Comes Together at the 3RD Annual HI FIT EXPO

Hawaii’s Premier Fitness Sport Healthy Lifestyle Event is June 9th, 10th and 11th at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. Celebration of everything fitness is a three-day trade show and expo incorporating fitness competitions, interactive exercise areas and healthy food as well as fitness and health exhibitors.

The 3rd Annual Hi Fit Expo – Hawaii’s Premier Fitness Sport Healthy Lifestyle Event is June 9th, 10th and 11th at the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. This celebration of everything fitness is a three-day trade show and expo incorporating fitness competitions, interactive exercise areas and healthy food as well as fitness and health exhibitors.

Associate event organizer, sports, health and fitness expert Kyle Paredes said “There are expos that are either health, sports, or fitness based independently but the Hi Fit Expo’s mission is to bring all of those elements under one roof for everyone to enjoy. From the fitness fanatics to the beginner, all will have a chance to see popular fitness and health brands while getting hands on with a variety of fitness methods.

The Hi Fit Expo exhibition floor will feature a host of fitness competitions including Team Mana’s USPA Powerlifting, Hawaii Triple Crown Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship and The Hawaii Strongman Competition. Hi Fit Expo guests are invited to participate in Top Roll Arm-wrestling, the AYSO Kick challenge and Arsenal FC Dodgeball. In addition, guests will have the chance to try out live exercise classes including Hot Hula, Zumba, Street Dance, MMA and a host of other sessions. Special guest fitness celebrities in attendance for this event include Miss Dolly Castro, Egan Inoue, Mayabella and Sean Calder.

“If you’ve ever wanted to try something in the fitness world then this is your chance to get a great workout and have a great time for a very low cost. You can jump into the live group workouts, try our fitness challenges or speak one on one with a fitness expert. We have worked really hard to pack as much action as we can into this event,” Paredes said.

During the Hi Fit Expo weekend there will also be a pair of additional partner events occurring in the Pikake Room at the Blaisdell Center on Saturday June 10th. The INBF Polynesian Natural Muscle Mayhem competition at 10:00 a.m. and Jiu-Jitsu All-Stars competition at 4:00 p.m.
