The Cupcake in a Jar features two cupcakes, including icing, in a reusable, recyclable mason jar. Flavors include Black and White, Blondie, Caramel, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Caramel and Classic Birthday. A host of other recipes are available, such as Key Lime, Chocolate Peanut Butter and German Chocolate. They are available in packs of two, four or six. They last for two weeks in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer. They are made from scratch and hand-packed.

Sunflour Baking Company has been serving Charlotte from its original Elizabeth location since 2009. The Dilworth location opened in 2016; the Harrisburg location opened just recently.
