National Veterans Business Group Announces a 2-Part “Shoeshine Series” to Support Veterans
The National Veterans Opportunity Coalition (TNVOC) announces its “Shoeshine Series” to help prepare Veteran Business Owners to take full advantage of attending any Big National Conference, but particularly the HEROZONA Conference coming to Phoenix, Arizona in November 2017. The series themes include; Training, Readiness, Execution, and Winning.
Ron Williams, Service-Disabled Veteran – U.S. Air Force, and President of TNVOC, shared, “As members of the Steering Committee for the big HEROZONA Conference, the TNVOC Leadership wanted to ensure that we did everything we could to support the committee in planning a successful event. We actually re-designed two of our already planned training sessions to focus on supporting the event. Too many times, business owners attend a business conference without a real plan and find themselves overwhelmed and unproductive. Attendees of our series will be ready!”
Part I of the “Shoeshine Series” is designed to: 1) Help attendees leave the training series with a playbook to maximize success at any national conference; 2) Learn strategies for competitive advantage and the power of capability statements; and 3) Discover how to fund their project.
TNVOC Vice President Ben Fatola added, “Our Speakers and Trainers for this series are top- notch. Our #1 priority is to help Veteran Businesses Connect, Grow, and Succeed!”
Part I of the “Shoeshine Series” is scheduled for September 29, 2017 from 10:00am – 3:00pm at the SRP PERA Club – 1 E. Continental Dr., Tempe, AZ 85281. Space is limited and online registration will close when it reaches capacity, so we encourage all business owners to register today at: www.tnvoc.org.
