Blue Sky Services and their Investment Partners recently celebrated their newest acquisition of an historic apartment building in Raleigh, North Carolina. Constructed in 1924, the four-story building is one of the first traditional apartment buildings built in Raleigh, and is located at the corner of East Edenton and North Blount Streets, across from NC State Bar Association and one block from the Governor’s Mansion. Including eleven (11) residences, the structure’s classic architecture, minimalistic lines and unbeatable location make it an important addition to Blue Sky’s growing portfolio. Acquisition financing for the property was provided by Justin Dunn of Home Trust Bank.
