4TFY Technologies, a VPN services provider, has been acquired outright for an undisclosed sum by a consortium of investors now trading as 4TFY Limited.

4TFY Technologies, a VPN services provider, has been acquired outright for an undisclosed sum by a consortium of investors now trading as 4TFY Limited.

In April 2017, Mr. Luke Millanta developed a concept for a new VPN service; one that provided customers with a higher level of online privacy. Trading as 4TFY Technologies, Mr. Millanta launched a 30-day Kickstarter campaign in July 2017, with the goal of raising A$25,000 to fund the development of the proposed new service. The campaign was highly successful, raising A$115,167 from 850 backers.

Mr. Mike Bennett, a spokesperson for 4TFY Limited, spoke about the newly formed company saying, “This is great news for 4TFY customers as, by ensuing 4TFY’s operations are based in the VPN-friendly British Virgin Islands, we are able to ensure user security and anonymity.”

Mr. Bennett also stated that the company was committed to keeping with Mr. Millanta’s ambitious release schedule and that 4TFY Limited was on track to deliver a fully developed solution to market in early November 2017. Mr. Millanta will serve in a consultancy role until this time.
