Earthstone Energy, Inc. Announces Commencement of Class A Common Stock Offering
THE WOODLANDS, TX / ACCESSWIRE / October 18, 2017 / Earthstone Energy, Inc. (NYSE: ESTE) (“Earthstone” or the “Company”) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of Class A common stock from the Company. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility.
