Major Updates To ManageByStats’ Keyword Tool Released

October 31, 2017 – – ManageByStats today announced the release of major updates to their Keyword tool. The Keyword tool checks the ranking for selected keywords for specified products. It is used by Amazon sellers to check keyword rankings for their products, so they can target efforts toward improved results. Before today the tool functioned in two parts, a software application that was downloaded and run locally on the user’s machine, and the display component which ran inside ManageByStats. With this new release everything now runs inside ManageByStats.

“The software app was our first solution for this” says CEO of ManageByStats, Philip Jepsen. “But it became a little cumbersome to run separately. Users either had to schedule or oversee the running of it to check keywords, and so we decided to automate it by bringing it all within the main program.”

With the new tool users create projects, add ASINs (products) and list all keywords for each product directly in the new Keywords section of ManageByStats. All graphs and evaluation tools are also in this area, so by opening one page the entire process of managing and evaluating keywords can be overseen. The ManageByStats program automatically pulls and updates Keyword data, including newly added keywords, so users no longer need to do this manually.

“This eliminates the need for the app,” says Mr. Jepsen. “And it means users don’t have to worry about keeping up with running that regularly or scheduling it. ManageByStats runs 24/7 to update ranking info for each keyword.”

The new Keyword tool is now available in ManageByStats. It can be found under its own menu item, Keywords, directly on the main menu.
