Will Madden, Founder of Whole Brain Consulting to Speak at Good Food Accelerator

Owner and founder of Whole Brain Consulting, a food industry outsourced operations consultancy, set to present at the Good Food Accelerator in December 2017.

Will Madden, founder and CEO of Whole Brain Consulting, will speak on the topic of “How to Manage Contract Manufacturing Relationships” at the Good Food Accelerator on December 12, 2017. Madden will discuss a wide range of networking techniques food companies should use to build strong partnerships with contract manufacturers. Madden will also expose the pitfalls of utilizing outside producers and how to avoid reliance on such entities.

The Good Food Accelerator was launched by FamilyFarmed in 2014. The accelerator supports fellows through a six-month curriculum, mentoring, strategic and technical support, networking opportunities, and access to providers of capital or loans. Fellow candidates are selected from a competitive pool of start up food companies, all of whom are interested in the Good Food market.

Will Madden contributes as a speaker and advisor for the Good Food Accelerator; as a result, FamilyFarmed has a close working relationship with Whole Brain Consulting. In preparation for the next Good Food Accelerator cohort, Good Food on Every Table interviewed Madden on the topic of “Performing Smartly In Food Supply Chain Management.”
