Garcia comes to Bruce Cavenaugh’s Automart with over 10 years of experience in the car dealership industry. Garcia, originally born in Mexico moved to the United States in 2000. From there he began his career in the car sales business in 2003. Most recently, Garcia was employed with a much smaller used car dealer lot. There, he led a company wide initiate to accurately present car capabilities, assess customer needs and requirements, understand customer interests and concerns, while working to help hesitant customers to make a decision, and effectively closing sales. Garcia’s passion for customer service and extensive background in the automotive industry has helped to facilitate an easy transition into his current position with the best used car dealer in Wilmington, North Carolina.

While working as a bilingual liaison, Garcia was responsible for answering customer inquiries, translating documents, solving customer issues, and creating a seamless car buying experience from beginning to end.

Garcia combines his long term sales and marketing experience with past experience in a number of other areas, specifically bilingual communications, superior financial performance, and as a consistent top sales performer in the past year.
