Jeff Ifrah Invited to Present at Yield and Leveraged Finance Conference

Well-known legal analyst Jeff Ifrah has been invited to attend the annual Global High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference to share his financial strategies and investment successes with more than 200 presenting companies from around the nation. Guests of the event, which is by invitation only, include Delta Air Lines, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Levi Strauss & Company, MGM Resorts International, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and Schaeffler AG, to name a few, many of which have attended the conference in the past.

This year’s gathering will kick off on February 24 at 6 am in the Americana Foyer of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel with the registration and a continental breakfast. Eight conference rooms of the hotel are reserved for the event – seven are available for company presentations, while in Room 2 panels by different speaker from various backgrounds and industries are scheduled. The keynote luncheon on day one will be held by Jamie Dimon, Chairman & CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., and broadcast live via satellite. On day two The Right Honorable Tony Blair, Quartet Representative and Former Prime Minister of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will speak to the attendees. One of the speakers on day two is Jeff Ifrah who will be part of the Online Gaming Panel at two o’clock in the afternoon. Ifrah is a successful attorney and founding member of Ifrah PLLC, a law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. with offices in MD, VA and Atlantic City. With his experience in the field of iGaming it is not surprising that he was chosen to share his experience on the topic. Prior to the High Yield Conference the Pennsylvania Bar Institute is hosting an event on “Defending the White Collar Case” on February 18 in Philadelphia, where Ifrah will speak on New iGaming Frontiers. The program will examine the substantive and procedural nuances of white-collar defense with topics exploring the white-collar case from investigation through appeal. Each panel will offer legal updates as well as provide nuts and bolts advice and techniques for each stage of the case.

Jeff Ifrah cut his teeth as a trial lawyer and officer in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps and as trial counsel to the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command at Fort Monmouth, followed by an appointment as special assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s office in New Jersey. He went on to become of counsel to the global law firm Paul Hastings and then a shareholder in the litigation department of another global firm, Greenberg Traurig.
