Joe Schwartz Spa World Meditubs Walkin Tubs Analyzes Bathroom Remodeling Report
Joe Schwartz Spa World Meditubs Walkin Tubs Analyzes Freedonia Report Suggesting Bathroom Remodeling Spending to Grow Nearly Five-Percent Annually Through 2022.
Miami, United States – April 30, 2018 /PressCable/ —
Joe Schwartz Spa World, Owner of SWCORP, a leading manufacturer of bath products based in Miami, Florida focused on providing aesthetically-pleasing, reliable and affordable bathing solutions, have been busy analyzing a recent Freedonia Group report suggesting bathroom remodeling spending will grow nearly five-percent annually through 2022. According to the report presented by the Cleveland-based industry research firm, these gains are poised to be the result of enthusiastic homeowner interest in adding or remodeling bathrooms, with flooring expected to experience the most aggressive growth as homeowners look to more affordable LVT and slip-resistant stone tile and porcelain.
Through 2022, plumbing is expected to account for the most formidable share of bathroom renovation spending growth, at 43-percent of the total, the Freedonia report also suggests.
This data and other forecasting was shared in a new study put forth by The Freedonia Group titled Home Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling.
“The replacement of existing cabinets and the installation of new cabinetry are integral to most bathroom renovation projects,” says Joseph Schwartz, CEO of SWCORP. “Our analysis of this Freedonia report shows that expenditures on cabinets used in bathroom renovation projects are expected to increase 4.3-percent per year to eventually reach $3.4 billion in 2022 – equating to quite the exciting snippet of news for those in our industry.”
Joe Schwartz Spa World continues, “What we also considered to be eye-opening statistics included the growth of cabinet product sales, expected to grow 3.9-percent annually through 2022 as owners of homes look to install larger additional cabinets – notably vanities – in bathrooms, as well as installation revenues, expected to experience above-average gains as master bathrooms boasting additional cabinetry that require more complex installations, like his-and-her vanities, take over.”
Spending on countertops installed as part of bathroom renovations is also expected to climb some 3.4-percent annually to $7.1 billion in 2022, according to The Freedonia Group study.
