Toronto, Canada—April 23, 2017–Greg Holdsworth, General Manager of Ingadale Industries, a precision machine shop located in Toronto, Canada, is pleased to announce that the company has hired two experienced machinists. They are Ian Fairbairn and Wahe Kouzikoujkian. Wahe has over thirty years of experience and is a highly skilled manual machinist a welcome addition to Ingadale’s tool room team. He is a refugee who ran his own machine shop in Syria before immigrating to Canada last year.

Ian has over 30 years of experience in machining, mostly turning on Fanuc and Siemens controlled lathes. He is also expert on Mastercam which Ingadale has added to augment existing CAD/CAM software.

Most recently Ingadale took delivery of a Neway VM 130S and just before that, a Victor Fortune 65’ x 33’ with 50 taper spindle. As well in the latter half of last year, the company added two new CNC machines. They were: a Hyundai Wia Turning Center L400C providing Ingadale with much larger capacity with 30’ swing and 47’ turning length and a Hyundai Wia 43’ x 20’ machining center, also with a 50 taper spindle to increase the capacity for heavy duty cutting.

Holdsworth said, “The new employees and the new machines demonstrate our commitment to increasing our capacity and the complexity of jobs now completed in-house. We rarely have to outsource operations now meaning Ingadale has complete control over quality and time to completion for all jobs.”

Ingadale just recently celebrated 50 years in business. The company is a full-service, precision machine shop capable of working with tolerances of up to 1/10,000th of an inch. Ingadale has been doing this kind of work for the last 50 years and now employs 80 workers with an average length of service of more than 20 years.
