Endeavour Technical Limited and Justin Knightley are pleased to announce that the firm has released a quality manual template to assist customers in implementing ISO Certification procedures. The manuals have been designed and written by ISO auditors and quality manager trainers. The manuals and templates include everything necessary to achieve ISO 9001 certification. The templates are supplied as MS Word files. All documents use styles in order to be able to adjust the formatting quickly and easily.

The construction of the templates allows the trainers or users to be able to do everything personally, without the need for the services of a consultant. Step-by-step guides are available and the templates can be downloaded immediately once payment is complete. There are four versions of the templates available. The customer can order First Time Implementation; First Time Implementation With Guidance; Transition from ISO 9001:2008; and Transition from ISO 9001:2008, with guidance.

The ISO 9001:2015 quality manual has quality policy, quality objectives, including all clauses of the standard and every requirement documented. All procedures, forms, reports, process maps, audit checklists and a Non-Conforming & Corrective Action Tracker are part of the package. The First Time implementation, with guidance, is the same as the above, but with the clause-by-clause interpretation, Documented Information Guidance, Internal Audit Guidance and ISO 9001-2015 v 2008 Correlation Matrix.

For customers who need the transition from ISO 9001:2008, the manual is similar to the First Time Implementation manual, but has detailed instructions to help customers migrate their documentation from the previous standard. It includes a Gap Analysis Checklist, Transition Plan, Implementation Checklist & Transitioning Planning Guidance. The Transition from ISO 9001:2008, With Guidance includes clause-by-clause interpretation, Documented Information Guidance, Internal Audit Guidance and ISO 9001-2015 v 2008 Correlation Matrix.
