American Police Officers Alliance attending National Police Week in Washington D.C.

May 16, 2018 – – ARLINGTON, Virginia – The American Police Officers Alliance (APOA) staff and volunteers will be attending National Police Week in Washington D.C.

The board members will be there to interact with law enforcement, celebrate their history and honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. A new event on the agenda is an inaugural Police K-9 Memorial Service which will consist of a wreath laying ceremony to honor of K-9s who have given their lives in the line of duty.

“It is important our organization has a presence during National Police Week so we can show support for our law enforcement officials while also seeking support for our goals for the 2018 election,” said Daniel D. Stuebs, APOA Political Director. “Our goals for National Police Week are to gain supports, have individuals join our efforts, and build coalitions across the country.”

National Police Week will take place May 11-16.

The American Police Officers Alliance is a national political organization organized under IRS Section 527.
