A Bridge to Hope Announces the Appointment of Kevin Haines as Executive Director

The Board of Directors for A Bridge to Hope, a local non-profit dedicated to offering solutions to substance abuse in Kosciusko County is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Haines as Executive Director for the organization. Mr. Haines brings significant non-profit and business leadership to the role.
“We are thrilled that Kevin has joined A Bridge to Hope”, said Mickey Ashpole, board president. “His background of leadership and community involvement will be a tremendous asset to this organization and its fight against the impact of addiction in Kosciusko County.”
Mr. Haines added, “I have spent the vast majority of my life working and living in this community and personally experienced the devastating impact of my own addiction. There are many great organizations individually trying to fight addiction. The mission of A Bridge to Hope is to help coordinate these efforts, assist individual persons struggling with substance abuse disorder in finding support, and increase community awareness. I’m excited to continue the fight in this new role.”
One area that is often overlooked when it comes to Addiction Help is the family. Every member of a family is impacted when a loved one has an addiction, and it is now estimated that one million children live with a grandparent due to the current opioid crisis. A Bridge to Hope recognizes this and offers family support resources for individuals in this situation.
