SE1 estate agent reveals increase in Bermondsey property values in last 3 months

SE1 estate agent Garrett Whitelock reveals that property values in Bermondsey have increased by over 2.21% in the last three months, while London’s average property values increased by only 1.88% in the same period.

SE1 estate agent Garrett Whitelock reveals that property values in Bermondsey have increased by over 2.21% in the last three months, which compares with only a 1.88% increase in average property values in London during the same period.

According to the Zoopla’s Zed-Index, which measures the current average of home values in an area in line with Zoopla Estimates, the current average value of a semi-detached property in Bermondsey is £746,844, while the London average is £737,515. The Zed-Index also showed the current value of a detached property in Bermondsey, which fell below the London average of £1,222,603 at £800,949.

Flats in Bermondsey continue to be in high demand, with the current average value of flats in the area standing at £738,090, while the London average is £549,039.
