According to the Complaint, Live Nation made materially false and/or misleading statements during the class period and failed to disclose the following facts: The company did not act in accordance with the terms of a Department of Justice antitrust consent decree (the ”Consent Decree”). Furthermore, Live Nation did not have acceptable internal controls in place to monitor adherence to the consent decree and prevent violations. Due to the failure to disclose this information, Live Nation’s statements, claims about the company’s business operations, and financial prospects were materially false and misleading throughout the class period. According to the lawsuit, when accurate information about Live Nation became apparent in the market, investors suffered damages.
