Frux Home And Yard Donates Fairy Sar Lights To Surprise Superhero Husband

June 08, 2018 – – On May 24th, Frux Home and Yard received a unique request from a cancer patient with terminal chronic myeloid leukemia. The woman explained that her fiance and herself had sacrificed a lot in the last few months. She stated that both she and her finance have always been hard working people but over the last few months there has been a major emotional, physical and financial toll.

In their family home, her fiance used to love sitting out on the patio with the rope lights but having lost their home they are now staying in a new place that is not lighted and in a rural area that is quite dark. Even after all of this she stated, her fiance has “continued to make sure that her every need is met and that they find a reason to be thankful each and everyday.”

This story touched frux Home and Yard, so when they learned that the request was for a couple of their Fairy Star Lights so that she could surprise her fiance, they were overjoyed to send the family two upgraded Fairy Star Light sets, enough to fully light their patio as requested. Kyla Lytwynec Operations Manager of Frux Home and Yard stated that, “We are so happy that we were able to help this family and create something positive for them. With everything going on we can’t even begin to image what they are going through and we feel truly blessed to of brought them a little bit of joy.”

With June being national cancer survivors month and June 4th being Cancer Survivors Day. Frux Home and Yard urges people to please consider donating to cancer research. Cancer is an ongoing battle that roughly 12.7 million people are diagnosed with yearly.
