Nevin is a renowned expert on economics and real estate development, considered the “Dean of Real Estate Feasibility Research” in Southern California. In 2016 his first book was released, The Great Divide: The Story of America Tomorrow. Even though he is based in Southern California, his expertise is sought across the nation and beyond.
