Atlanta GA – July 31, 2018 /MarketersMedia/ —
Bricks4Kidz Atlanta is pleased to announce they have after-school programs and in-school workshop programs to help educate and occupy children with challenging learning programs. The programs are carefully and individually mapped out to highlight which Common Core Standards best complement the student. The in-school workshops are custom built for each school Bricks4Kidz partners with. The program operators work with faculty and administration at each school to identify what areas or concepts of learning they want to focus in on.
The pros then consult the library of more than eleven hundred exciting and creative model plans to build a unique lesson plan to run at the school. The Bricks4Kidz Atlanta workshop program provides opportunities for children to improve their testing scores in the areas of math and science. The school has the opportunity to enrich and enhance the school curriculum while linking the STEM concepts learned in school to the larger world.
Ben Leblois spoke in a recent interview, “Our in-school workshops and after-school programs help students remember educational concepts and associate them with fun and engaging activities. Working with the LEGO® stimulates observation and exploration skills as well as to awaken curiosity and inquiry. The in-school workshops help students to connect with the outside world, while the after-school programs help the youngsters to approach in-school learning in a new and fresh way.”
More than two dozen schools participate in the after-school workshops. There are options for drop-in attendance or for full-time attendance. The learning opportunities are challenging, yet provide a safe place for youngsters. They have supervision under trained professionals with innovative and unique ways of capturing the children’s attention. These programs are much more than babysitting. They are created to improve the child’s interest in learning with the use of LEGO® kits.
