Ahead of the launch of it’s New “Do It Yourself Mosquito Misting Learning Center”, Automatic Mosquito Control is releasing three key facts about the service. Ready to go live on Monday, June 17, consumers within the DIY mosquito misting space will find this interesting.

In an effort to provide unmatched support of the DIY MistAway consumer, Automatic Mosquito Control (AMC) decided to provide training and support in three ways:

Short video tutorials cover topics from system planning, unpacking, installing and initial setup. For existing systems, they show maintenance, repair, system expansion and winterization.

Second, the Learning Center has the factory manuals as PDFs and additional photographs of system cutaways of the internal components.

Lastly, AMC provides technical support, via phone, from a MistAway Factory Trained and South Carolina Certified Installer, during regular business hours.

The idea for creating the New Learning Center came about in a quest to provide a higher level of service for the DIY MistAway customer. AMC subsequently formalized the Learning Center on the website.

Automatic Mosquito Control was founded in 2010 by Barry Bettenhausen as a “full service” MistAway installer. Barry still installs and services many local MistAway systems today. In 2013 Barry launched the e-commerce site when he noticed a growing need for inexpensive Internet sales of the industry-leading brand of mosquito misting equipment. In addition to the low cost and free shipping, Barry had a desire to provide superior support for the DIY installer. The Learning Center is the culmination of that desire.

Barry was factory trained at MistAway’s main location in Houston TX. Barry received additional training and certifications for public safety while providing outside pest control from the State of South Carolina.
