From June 17 to 19, 2019 CHINA BUILDING ECONOMY EXPOSITION, supported by Chengdu Municipal People’s Government, co-sponsored by Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Chengdu Bureau of Expo Affairs, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), undertook by Chengdu Association of Building  Economy Promotion, has been successfully held in Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The Characteristics of Tianfu Central Business District: Green Corridor Connects “One Garden and Two Rivers”

Tianfu Central Business District is divided into Pavilion No. 002 and Pavilion No. 094 for exhibition. Pavilion No. 002 shows the Tianfu Central Business District in all aspects. There are matching sand tables in the area, to provide visitors an intuitive experience. A display wall is also set up in the pavilion to highlight the future development plan of Tianfu New Area. The exhibition area planning was highly praised by the guests from ICSC and SCG.

In the Pavilion No. 094, the biggest innovation is to use the quadrangular screen holographic projection technology, through the intuitive presentation of a family’s happy life in Tianfu New Area, reflecting the development concept of livability and industry in Tianfu New Area.

Eastern New Town Features: Takes Hibiscus Petals as the Design Prototype to Build “Four Cities and One Garden”

As a key carrier of Chengdu’s implementation of the “eastern development” strategy, Chengdu Eastern New Town is located in the eastern side of Longquan Mountain, Chengdu City, covering an area of 3976 square kilometers. It is based on the cluster spatial layout of “Four Cities and One Garden” (Tianfu International Airport New Town, Jianzhou New Town, Huaizhou New Town, Jianyang Urban District and Longquan Mountain Urban Forest Park), with a total of 8 city-level industrial functional zones, which are divided into 9 major city-level Industrial ecosphere zones.

It is understood that the Eastern New Town Exhibition, with a total area of 430 square meters, is the largest exhibition hall of the exposition. In terms of appearance design, it takes Chengdu hibiscus petals as the prototype, implying the Eastern New City to depend the advantages of Tuojiang River, heading for the future.

Shuangliu District: Adopts Airport Layout to Show International Airport Business Zone

As a key carrier of the aviation sector in the national Tianfu New Area, Chengdu Airport Economic Demonstration Zone and Sichuan Free Trade Experimental Zone, Shuangliu District shoulders the important mission of “central optimization” and “southern expansion” for Chengdu City.

In the exposition, Shuangliu District has the booth of about 120 square meters, mainly laying out aviation economic function area, civil-military integration industrial function area, international airport business area, TOD construction and building carrier, to show the image of Shuangliu, industrial development planning, excellent development and investment environment.

Shuangliu District adopts the layout of airport institutions on the whole booth, emphasizing on the aircraft model, and carries out the overall planning and design of the exhibition hall through the links of airport formalities, receiving boarding passes, terminal hall, boarding gate to business and economy cabin, which reflects the ambition of Shuangliu District in the development of aviation economy, biological industry and electronic information industry.
