For many years now we have been waiting to see prices began to slow down on grow and then decline. Well that day is finally here. The areas most hit are the lower pricing points in the three and four hundred thousand range in the suburbs. Despite ultra low interest rates do the the bond rate and political talk of tariff wars, sales pricing is seeing a decline.
