Intercept Energy Services Inc. Announces the Closing of a $1 Million Private Placement

EDMONTON, AB / ACCESSWIRE / March 11, 2015 / Intercept Energy Services Inc. (“IES” or the “Corporation“) (TSX-V: IES / OTCQB: IESCF), is pleased to announce investors have agreed to a private placement of 20,000,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.05 per unit for proceeds to the Company of $1,000,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable for a period of 2 years from the closing date at a price of $0.075 for the first 12 months and $0.10 for the remaining 12 months. The private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Proceeds from the placement will be used for the continued expansion of the Companies current operations in Canada and North Dakota as well as general working capital.

All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange. On receiving approval the Company may also pay a finder’s fees of up to $50,000 cash to qualified finders.
