Storage Made EZ Announces The addition of U-Fortify Locks to its Product Line Up

The major disc lock brand change from Sabre Disc Locks to U – Fortify comes after an intense 60 day testing period by Storage Made EZ.

Watertown, NY– Storage Made EZ has teamed up with U-Fortify to offer for sale the U-Fortify disc lock brand at the Fort Drum location of Storage Made EZ beginning of March 2015.

The major disc lock brand change from Sabre Disc Locks to U – Fortify comes after an intense 60 day testing period by Storage Made EZ. Using various methods of testing including grinding, sawing, torching, prying, hammering and picking the two lock brands Storage Made EZ has determined that the U-Fortify lock has superior staying power when compared directly to Sabre. Each lock performed well in the time tests(time to break) but the U-Fortify brand out performed Sabre in the freezing, seizing, sawing, and grinding categories. The implements used in the testing ranged from large bolt cutters to handheld grinders and sawzalls to small torches and screw drivers. After compiling and aggregating the data it was clear that while both locks performed as advertised the U-Fortify lock was the longest lasting and hardest to cut, pry, or saw.

All Customers of Storage Made EZ are encouraged to purchase disc locks as opposed to other types of locks because of the well know disc lock staying power. One of the biggest deterrents to theft is time, the longer it takes to break a lock the less the likelihood a criminal will attempt a break in.
