Cannabix Technologies Inc. Announces Completion of Plan of Arrangement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 12, 2015 / Cannabix Technologies Inc. (TSXVenture: BLO) (OTC PINK: BLOZF), is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) with Torino Ventures Inc. Shareholder and final court approval for the Arrangement were obtained on February 17, 2015 and February 26, 2015, respectively, and the effective date of the Arrangement is March 12, 2015.
