Mezzi Secures Additional Contract Manufacturer in USA

VANCOUVER, BC/ ACCESSWIRE / March 24, 2015 / Mezzi Holdings Inc. (“MEZZI” or the “Company”) (TSX-VENTURE:MZI), (FRA:0MZ), (OTCBB:CCTXF) is pleased to report that it has secured an additional US-based contract manufacturer for the production of its MEZZI Collection of smart fashion accessories.

This now brings the number of factories to two for the production of MEZZI products with facilities based in Los Angeles and New York.

An additional manufacturer was sought to allow for a more efficient production process with the potential for increased capacity and quicker turnaround times on an expanded collection of individual products. Capacity and producing to deadlines is especially important as the Company continues to build its omni-channel business of direct-to-consumer, e-tailer wholesale and bricks and mortar wholesale.

The Company also wishes to comment on the recent market activity in its stock. Although it is generally the Company’s policy not to comment on market rumours or activities, MEZZI advises that it is not aware of any undisclosed material change that would account for the recent market activity.
