Winmark Incorporated completes acquisition of Quality Stamp & Sign, Salt Lake City, Utah.

All activities of the recently bought venture now conducted under the name of its parent company.

Salt Lake City, Friday 15th November: Rubber stamps, signage, labels and tags company Winmark Stamp & Sign has officially completed the takeover of Salt Lake-based businesses Quality Stamp & Sign as it looks to expand its coverage and become even more competitive in the field.

An Acquisition Aimed At Business Growth & Customer Savings

Winmark Inc’s takeover of Quality Sign & Stamp officially took place on September 27th 2019, with the transition starting on October 1st. The acquisition of another local company puts the stamp and sign creator in a far greater position of power, enabling them to cut ongoing overheads while purchasing supplies in bigger quantities to unlock more competitive prices.

The acquisition comes as former owner of Quality Stamp & Sign, announces his retirement, signaling the perfect time to hand the reins over to Winmark Inc. The company continues to operate from its location, only under the Winmark brand. It is an expansion that benefits both companies and ensures that the business as a whole is now better positioned to seek local dominance in the market.

Savings made from reduced operational and supply costs are to be passed onto the client through reduced pricing and lower quantity unit price breaks without compromising the quality of the products or the speed of the service.
