New Urban Area Project Dai Kim Dinh Cong Launch Announced By Duc Thinh Real Estate

The renowned company, Duc Thinh Real Estate Investment Services announced the introduction of a new urban area project- Dai Kim Dinh Cong. The registration process will commence from next month.

Duc Thinh has undertaken the Construction Investment Project- New Urban Area – Dai Kim Dinh Cong. The state management has set out its approach to construct and expand the urban area. The government has made an approval to carry out two projects simultaneously.

Department of Planning and Architecture of Hanoi city has sanctioned the preliminary architectural planning. The project aims to incorporate sustainable construction and design for improving the living condition of the capital’s people. The project is expeditiously implementing land clearance.

The primary investors are Hoang Ha Construction Co. Ltd and Urban Development stock company. The design has been planned by the University of Architecture and Institute of Tropical Architecture. “We aim to develop an ecologically, efficient urban structure. “Dai Kim – Dinh Cong will be a healthier and better place to live in.”, said the founder of Duc Thinh.

The project design is implemented in a modern direction, ensuring green space and an eco-friendly environment. Interconnected network formation would be possible through recreational and green areas. It has to comply with the regulations and standards on fire safety. As a part of regional demand, high-rise buildings with at least three basements will be built.

Planned development across several arenas will be undertaken, which include water supply and sanitation, sewage and solid waste management, preservation of water bodies. The project seeks to implement ‘smart solutions’ to improve the infrastructure.

The project draft proposes that existing traffic routes be turned into an urban city boulevard with new mixed neighborhoods of housing and workplaces. A radical public transport system of buses, cars, and metro will be set up with solutions for low-emission development. “Commercial activities will always be welcome in Dai Kim- Dinh Cong new urban area. We are hopeful of turning Dai Kim Dinh Cong as the first eco-friendly commercial hub of the city”, said the spokesperson of the state government.
